Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. You’ll isolate a set of muscles by holding certain positions, gaining strength, balance, and flexibility not just muscle development. This class is a Level 1 class, so it’s a little more difficult than the other Yoga classes.
