Silver Strong Advanced Mobility

Specially designed for our gracefully aging clients, this class is all about fall prevention. It is also perfect for anyone needing physical recovery. It uses slightly more advanced level exercises than the Assisted class, but anyone is welcome to try it.

Each class is full of fun strength building and cardiovascular exercises that build arm, leg and core strength. We perform tasks and drills using chairs, stability balls, cones, medicine balls, weights, and yoga blocks. Intensity is adaptable so everyone can participate to their fullest ability.
