Restorative Chair Yoga

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. But in the end, it is a practical tool, not a religion, focused on leading you to a sense of peace and well-being. You’ll isolate a set of muscles by holding certain positions, gaining strength, balance, and flexibility not just muscle development. We use chairs to assist balance and stability in this iteration of Yoga.
