This is an intense class focused on building muscle using proper body building forms and exercises. Every week we target different muscle groups using a range of free weight and pneumatic based exercises, starting with heavy lifts and ending with burnout sets.

Who can do this class? If you can lift a 45 pound plate above your head, you’re in.
