Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit.  But in the end, it’s a practical tool, not a religion, focused on leading you to a sense of peace and well-being.  You’ll isolate a set of muscles by holding certain positions, graining strength, balance, and flexibility, not just muscle development.
